=================

 No. BPEF/Circular/
5/ dated 17/5/2020.

To,
All the respected,
General Secretary/ Circle Secretary/ Divisions/ Unit Secretaris,

     Dear Brothers,
     Namaskar,

     You all are well aware that BMS opposes 4th part of FMs announcement.
The 4th part of FMs announcement has brought disappointment. In the name of structural reforms, the Govt. is giving unbridled importance to privatization. Though Govt. is telling there is different between Corporatisation & privatisations, but the experience is not like that. We strongly feel that too much importance to privatisation leads to economic inequalities and income disparities.
The BMS federations in defence, Civil Aviation, Power, Coal, Mining sectors are already opposing the PPP models as they got bitter experiences with the private players.
BMS opposes the Govt. Stands in the 4th part of announcement.
  Now BPEF appeal to all of the Circle/Divisional/Unit Secretaries/ Hon'ble General Secretaries/ Organising Secretaries to contact with local & State -BMS to conduct the program successful on 20th May 2020 to submit memorandum to the Hon'ble  President of India and insure your participation in other programs conducted by BMS. Give a detailed report on this program to the  BPEF immediately, after the program.

Yours brotherly,

Santosh Kr. Singh,
Secretary General,       BPEF
