Fixation of seniority of Surplus Qualified Inspector Posts transfered under Rule-38

The Department has released guidelines for fixation of seniority of Surplus Qualified Inspector Posts transferred under Rule-38 of Postal Manual Volume-IV.

In his guideline Department has clearly says the Inspector Posts under Surplus Quota recruited through LDCE will form part of that Circle where they have been allotted. Further, If such IPs who subsequently get transferred  under Rule-38 to any other Cirlce at their request, their seniority in the Circle to which they have been transferred will be fixed in accordance with the provisions of inter-Circle transfer under Rule-38 of Postal Manual Volume-IV.
