Postal Department Rajasthan Circle has released Rule 38 transfer order for Postal Assistants and Sorting Assistants

Department of Posts, Rajasthan Circle has released the list of Rule-38 Transfer for the postal assistants of its area today. It is noteworthy that the Directorate of Postal Department, New Delhi had canceled all the transfers of Rule-38 which were for 2022 in December 2021. Along with this, it was ordered that from January, 2022 all Rule-38 transfers would be done every month. Under the same, this order was first issued by the Rajasthan Circle. All these postal assistants are posted in post offices and sorting assistants are posted in the railway mail service offices.

Circle has issued order only for postal assistants posted in Rajasthan.

This transfer order has been issued for postal assistant cadre and sorting cadre only. In the order issued today, 88 postal assistants and 8 sorting assistants have been named. This order has been issued only for those who are postal assistant / sorting assistant posted in Rajasthan.

Separate orders will be issued for postal assistants outside Rajasthan

Till now the circle has not issued transfer orders of Rule-38 of postal assistants posted outside Rajasthan. The circle will issue a separate order for this.

Postman and MTS rule-38 transfer list may be released soon

According to the information received from reliable sources, the transfer list of Postman and MTS can be released soon in the Rajasthan circle. For this the employees will not have to wait long. The said list will be released within the coming one week. Departmental action for this is in process.

It is worth noting that earlier there was a rule to transfer once in a year under Rule-38 rule, but now in December 2021 itself, the department has issued orders for transfer of Rule-38 every month by changing its departmental rules. Now all the employees who wanted to work in their hometown will not have to wait long. Now they will be transferred as soon as there is a vacancy in the respective category in that division.
